Le Petit Blanc is located in the French village of Charrecey, close to the village of Mercurey, which is the most widely recognized and important wine village of the Côte Chalonnaise. Emmanuel Cayot is the new owner since January 2010.

This former wine-maker, welcomes you in a restaurant half Bourguignon, half Lyonnais, in a cosy setting with paneling and red gingham tableclothes, symbols of a countryside meal. You’ll feel right at home. You will taste the famous calf’s head, one of the “must” of the restaurant’s specialties, directly from the stew pot where it was cooked. You’ll find that this cuisine is respectful of the traditions from the old days, the guests choose their dish on a slate, among several menus, according to their appetite because in Le Petit Blanc one’s well served.
